Do you deliver globally?

Yes, we deliver globally and accept various payment methods and currencies.*
* - Where deliveries cannot be made for extreme circumstances, customers will be fully refunded.

How long do I have to return my item?

We offer returns up to 14 days from receiving the item. Customers are responsible for postage costs for all returns.

However, orders must be returned in their original pristine condition, or we cannot accept a refund. Also, customers must ensure items are returned in their original packaging, if this is not the case a deduction will be made to the refunded amount.

Yes, we accept AMEX and other credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

How does your delivery service work?

UK:
Once your order is placed, we aim to deliver within 5 working days*. You will also be able to track your order with the courier service.

International:
Delivery time is dependent on the address, but we aim to deliver within 14 working days*. Tracking of packages will also be available.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

No, cancellations or amendments to orders are not possible. This includes changes to delivery address, items, and other order related information.
