Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered via our primary courier service Royal Mail. You will be able to track your order once dispatched and you will receive an email with the respective information.

ID/signature will be required on delivery to ensure your products are delivered to the correct person.

It must be noted that MILAHO cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost/go missing or stolen, as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

UK Delivery: Expect within 5 working days*
International Delivery: Expect within 14 working days*

*Our delivery team works hard behind the scenes to make sure orders are delivered on time, but unexpected delays may occur e.g., logistics, courier service. Refer to our T&C’s for more information.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the item or you are not happy with the finish or quality, you are able to return the piece(s) for a full refund. If you would like to initiate a return, you must let us know within 14 days of your order being received. The item must then be returned within 14 days from the date of notifying us.

  • Any returns shipping charges will be covered by you, the customer.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) being returned.
  • Returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above will not be accepted. If a return is attempted we will send it back to your original delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
  • Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached.
  • A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your return.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), with funds being returned to the original payment method.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Returned items will be refunded once inspected and, should you need a different product, a new order will need to be placed.
  • We will not be responsible for damage to any item(s) as a result of use or wear and tear; this is not covered in our returns policy.
